Where do I Set the Limits?

I bought this luxury vacation home for my own family’s use.  I decided just recently to have it opened for rental.  I believe it would be the practical thing to do, since I would have to pay for some caretaker to tend over the house.  And the extra cash I will earn will make for a great addition to my savings.     

Now my problem is managing the business from afar.  I plan to have my cousins take over.  Problem is, I’m not sure if I can just go and trust them with the affairs at hand.  I’m planning to set-up a wireless spy camera or two at the vicinity.  So how do I know where to draw the line, to set the limits?
